Bookings with less than 30 minutes of flight time:

• More than 24 hours before: Free cancellation

• Less than 24 hours before: No refund

Bookings from 30 minutes to 2 hours flight time:

• Up to 1 week before: Free cancellation

• 1 week to 24 hours before: 50% refund, open to minor changes

• Less than 24 hours before: No refund

Bookings from 2-5 hours flight time:

• More than 2 weeks before: Free cancellation

• Between 2 weeks and 24 hours before: 50% refund, open to minor changes

• Less than 24 hours before: No refund

Bookings with more than 5 hours of flight time:

• More than 4 weeks before: Free cancellation

• 4 weeks to 24 hours before: 50% refund, open to minor changes

• Less than 24 hours before: No refund
