For a valid NM, a minimum of5 participantsin individual disciplines and3 teamsin team disciplines are required. There must be enough teams registered beforeFebruary 1to ensure that the discipline is included in the competition.
Therefore:Register early– and gatheryourteam/friends!

Who can participate?

The NM may be open to multiple participants, but only those who meet the requirements will be included in the official NM results list. Foreign nationals may win the NM title if the requirements for residence and participation are met. Children up to and including the year they turn 12 may participate, but cannot win the NM/EM/VM title.
